I agree with the above sentiments. 1A/K are the 'top' seats on a plane and no-one should be asked to move out of them for the convenience of other pax. What's more, I suspect cabin crew will take a bit of a dim view of this as they know those seats are reserved for the top status pax in F on that flight.

Just because some people think 2AK are better for a solo traveller, doesn't mean others agree. There are FTers who've posted on here about their preferences, over many threads. As golds/GGLs they do have an entitlement.

I write as a silver with no entitlement to them.

Go for 4EF if you want to be together but please OP, don't ask Mr/Ms 1K to move. It's out of order and puts the other pax in an uncomfortable situation.
