I would also recommend considering Hotel Can Simoneta as a Mallorca alternative. We stayed there for 5 nights in August and were very happy. I'm a Starwood fan but the prices the St. Regis was asking were just ridiculous for what they offered. We considered Cap Rocat but it wasn't available so we decided on Can Simoneta and loved it!
