The new Residence Inn in Bath Maine is open:

It is a category 5 like the Fairfield Inn in Brunswick, Maine. It is on the location of the old Holiday Inn in Bath Maine.

This is the closest chain hotel to Boothbay Harbor region or if you are heading up the coast to Acadia and need a stop over. Probably 45 minutes from the Portland, Maine airport.
