i was on the phone since 07.00 till 12.00 to get my ETKT...i spoke during 20 or more calls with indians,romanians,albanian, turkish emplyees ! none knows this special Valentine s promotion! ...leaving me on the phone for long waiting times and speaking with many supervisors ! it was incredible! i tried al nbrs i found in the system ...no help ! many responses " you have to do it by yourself on the web! " the funniest " you have to send an email to customer service in IST and wait x the response!"
