My Baggage Allowance confusion

I'm just a tad confused about bringing an extra checked bag from the USA.
So we have CE flights booked from NCL > LHR (uk domestic) > DUB (CE) in April and return in May all flights booked via BA on BA metal. After an overnight stay in DUB in April we fly DUB>PHL>MCO (business/first) and return MCO>PHL>DUB booked through BA on AA metal - these flights are on a separate booking to the NCL>DUB positioning flights. I am Bronze and Mr katie666 is Silver.
My booking says we get 3x 32Kg on the transatlantic flights but only 2x 32Kg on the final DUB>LHR>NCL flight which are taken on the same day as the flight returning from MCO>PHL>DUB. We were going to try and get the bags checked right through from MCO to NCL.
My question is whether we would need to pay for one extra bag as we will have arrived from a transatlantic flight even though the transatlantic flights and CE filghts are on separate tickets.

Katie
