Having PJ's is a must. I go back and forth between mesh shorts or the LH scrub style pants. I think whatever is going to allow you to be comfortable on the plane.....especially with many non US carriers that keep the cabins warmer. Its also great at the end of a long haul flight to put on different clothes.
