There was always an official limitation of 1 250-point review bonus per 30 days, and it was always IME slightly hit-or-miss whether / how much that was enforced and whether or not reviews done in
other ways (such as the begging for reviews in emails) would post.
I haven't done it a while simply because it's not worth the bother of keeping track of those 30 days to do reviews most of them time, for that few points (relative to the points I earn for a stay, since I only stay at BW when stay promos are going on).
