Depends on how much time you have. if you have a couple hours, maybe worth it. But if it's food you're after, I'd suggest going to in n out or a number of pretty good restaurants near lax, there's a really good Thai place nearby, about 10 min taxi. But the FL should suffice for a shower and a place to rest.
