Hmm, just tried calling and the rep went straight for the cancellation with almost no hesitation. Had to stop her in the middle. Asked if there were any retention offers and she just listed the normal spend bonuses and mentioned the CitiGold relationship bonus. Nada.
Wondering if I should call the same number again or try the Premier line instead.
