Unfortunately a common problem in many industries, particularly staff who have no pride and never wanted to do the job. This directly led to a flight being delayed while CC had to shift luggage around and move some into the hold. They did not check people's carry-on luggage which in many cases was obscene. Later on when my luggage was lost they had no idea what to do despite being a lost luggage place. I want to name the company but I'm sure doing so is against forum rules.
