Very sorry to hear this jaylon

I know that staff have to follow rules but as a human being I couldn't possibly tell another person that I'm not permitting them to fly on a trip they've paid for because they don't have their original payment card....it seems brutal!

I guess the job of a check-in agent is not for me.
