Just flew YCD > YVR > YEG and return in the past couple days:

YCD > YVR - delayed 30 minutes. Late inbound aircraft.

YVR > YEG - delayed 40 minutes. E90 had a maintenance issue so delayed while we deplaned and waited as they pulled another aircraft around.

YEG > YVR - delayed an hour. Flight attendants late coming from another incoming flight.


Usually I find AC to be great for being on time. And I believe statistics back their performance (not specific to winter months).
Well, FWIW, it's not winter just yet.
