Are we sure it's even a change of carrier? Hifly only does wet leases and has no own scheduled flights. My guess is that, as already stated above, the Norwegian plane can't fly, so they simply wet-leased. The reason the OP seems to be complaining is that, based on the photographs provided by Hifly in their site, not all A330s have in-seat monitors (not that this would give anybody the right to demand to be booked on a flight of a legacy airline).
