I'm not familiar with HK competition law or the specific terms of the CX - Nanda deal but how is it a violation? I mean say I'm a HK based passenger. I don't think Nanda's exclusive right somehow prevent me from buying those discounted fare? Yes, other TAs have to call Nanda but presumably Nanda does give them equal access to the discounted fares (i.e. Nanda doesn't refuse their request or inflate the price if sold through other TAs)?

It may be a problem for those of us who are non-HK based passengers but are we covered by the law?
