Programs: It's hard to get status when the website won't let me book flights.

3 years ago ON THIS DAY the YVR airport got snow. (I have pictures on my phone) and flights were cancelled and delayed all over the board. I was 4 hours late getting from YVR - YEG.

My point: WHEN it snows YVR is the worst in Canada at dealing with it (key word: when)
