Years ago when I was flying to Spain monthly on Pan Am and connecting to Iberia for a domestic, they would ALWAYS lose my luggage, invariably they would always find it about 27 hours later. This was a great indirect way of making money at the time as they would pay me like 15.000 Pts each time.
