I've just seen the letter. You didn't mention another change - a £50 excess on every claim! A 70% increase in price in less than 2 years is crazy. I will start scouting other options now. The increase is awful but the excess really takes the biscuit
Yeah I forgot about that one. To be honest I didn't know if they charged a lesser excess earlier or not. Let me know if you find something cheaper.
