The only good news I can give you is my old profs bags finally showed up two weeks late, but intact. Seville-madrid-fco-cph-sea was the intended route, the bags ended up going sev-mad-ord-sea.

They were not very helpful and rather officious at first, but things got better.

Did you do your booking yourself or through a travel agent? Apparently, the agent is suppose to take care of it. This was news to me.
