Chynacom, I stand corrected. I just confirmed with the Indian embassy here in Paris that British PPT holders must hold a tourist visa when entering India and pay a reciprocity fee of 30 pounds. As for the others, I KNOW British PPTs don't need visas to enter the Hong Kong AR; to enter China, they do need visas; to enter South Africa, they don't need a visa.
