So the carrier is still Norwegian, but they probably subcontracted the ops to Hi Fly (due to maintenance of the 787?), as in "United Express, operated by ___" or "Swiss International Air Lines, operated by Swiss Global Air" etc.

The 330 is comparable to the 787, so there's very little difference comfort-wise and size-wise, and by the looks of it, you may actually have 1" more legroom with HiFly, but same crappy 17" seat width that both aircraft offer. The A330 has in-seat monitors. Not sure about the quality of the IFE, but if you bring your own, you won't have a problem.

I don't see what the complaint is really about here.

On a side note, I'm guessing this is one of the A330s that was operated for Saudia, with that incident where HiFly did maintenance in Israel and after Saudia got their panties in a twist over doing maintenance "in a country that it has no diplomatic relations with" LOL
