It was roughly 1998/1999 that Bass got IC IIRC so 2001 for everything going online together might be about right.

When everything split again and they started to focus purely on hotels Mitchell's & Butlers were formed and I'm sure that was 2004/2005ish.

My reward nights aren't on mine either although the CC free night and ITN free nights are.
