You are correct. A while back, we could go online and add or update our passport data in our U/A profile.
Why this feature was removed remains a mystery.
Considering that many international travelers have Global Entry, it would be nice if U/A would allow customers to confirm or update passport data online.
No, you are not going crazy, your recollection is completely intact. It is the U/A website that has lost its sanity in connection with customer profile passport data.
