Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Both Delta and AA (and Koreanair) allow an online update of a passport. After all, passports do get renewed every ten years and some passports get lost which means a new passport number is assigned.

Considering the numerous posts in different threads (that go back more than one year) concerning this missing passport profile feature, one would think that U/A's programmers would fix the issue or at least ask the other domestic carriers, Delta or AA, how they resolved the issue.

It lacks logic why a "trusted traveler" number can be added or deleted online by a U/A customer, but passport information cannot.
