Hey everyone,

In the past I would never have considered the gifting of Gold to Mrs. Orr333. This year we'll be doing much more traveling as as tandem and our kids have all left the nest as of this May and will all be living in Orlando. One as a college grad doing a Disney Internship and the other starting school down there.

While we tend to some family needs up here in the cold wasteland, we plan to fly down once per month MSP-MCO. These segments are usually pretty good for upgrades for me as a Plat or Diamond.

To those of you that have gifted Gold, has it paid off for you and your spouse or would you stand clear of it after having experienced it?
