Sorry to be so negative, Macmyday, and I do value the effort you put into this report. It's the sort of price I pay for one of my cruise trips to places like New Guinea and the Solomons. So price isn't an issue with me. Reading your report I can see the appeal of the place and the privacy it offers until you say it's not that private at all. Why not just rent a stand-alone villa?
There's really no need to apologise - no one will ever make something that meets the needs of all people and I certainly don't expect everyone to love the same things that I do.
In terms of privacy, The Penthouse has absolute privacy and is completely cut off from the rest of the property, but suffers the disadvantage of needing to walk about 20 seconds to get to the beach. The other properties are all directly on the beach, but right next to each other. They are built so that the majority of the property is at the back of the villa (the lounges, dedicated spa, master bedroom etc), where no one can see you, but there are bedrooms facing the beach directly where if you decided to sit in the loungers there then you would be clearly visible. The Collector's Villa also has a dining room area that is visible from the beach. I don't have a photo that shows it well, as it's too wide an area to photograph, but this photo does a good job:

In the middle with the large pool is the Collector's Villa, above that is Villa Siam and below it is Villa Bianca. Bottom right is the Penthouse, which sits on top of the restaurant. To my knowledge, Thailand does not allow private beaches, so people could walk past, but I've hardly seen anyone. So could it be better? Yep, it certainly could, but that's why I'd rather stick with The Penthouse.
