Completed another one night very average stay- no upgrades- no diamond amenities- really no recognition as has been the case all this year. The lounge is really noisy, uncomfortable and just feels out of place. Spoke to the lounge manager- and he said this is the best they could do.shows the love they have now for the loyalty . The MUMM Champagne seems to have disappeared too. All in all wont be returning for a while.
