Most buffets in Vegas are pretty nasty, but last time we were there we thought both the Bellagio and the Aladdin did a passable job.
A lot of the mags rave about the Aladdin as the "Best Buffet in Vegas". I can't agree or disagree - to me, sharing a pile of crab legs with 400 strangers is pretty much the same everywhere. I will say this: I was impressed by the variety - they had everything from seafood to Chinese to Italian to American to about 30 other things I can't remember.
We also hit the Treasure Island buffet a couple of times. A little cheaper, no lines, a good place for a basic pasta carbo-load. I mean, you gotta carbo-load before an all-night dice session, right?
