Well I guess if you called after the relationship was terminated there is not much they will do.

In the past I had to chase up companion vouchers as they were never issued automatically but kind of had an idea when they were achieved.
I fear, now the partnership has ended you haven't got much of a leg to stand on.

We had to cancel a ticket early December and the voucher was re-released before the partnership ended and still can be used until June.
