Excellent advice

I always make sure to have the gate agent make a note in my PNR and on my boarding pass. I approach the desk before they begin loading the flight so they have time to do it without putting undue stress on them. I have never had a problem with getting someone to do this. I always point out with a smile that it is difficult to track this sort of thing and I just want to make things easier for everyone
