Much as iWife and I have enjoyed being able to chat face to face in 63A/B (and other lesser BA CW arrangements). But we now prefer our solitary window seats in AA's 1-2-1 configuration, with aisle access and convenient service from the CC without the 'divider game'. After over 3 decades of marriage, we can cope with 6 hours temporary isolation.
I much prefer being seated next to the boss despite receiving the odd slap in the face. So much so I refuse to select the solitary window seats when flying IB for the middle seats in the last row, next to the lavs and the masses in Y. Which funnily enough are deemed by Flyertalkers to be the worst seats in IB J.
There's nowt so queer as folk!!
