Doing my usual year-end audit, I realized that I should have received a companion ticket sometime in mid-2015 (when I crossed the 20k threshold; my membership year began/begins in January). I called Barclaycard on 15 Dec and was told that there is nothing they can do since the relationship with BA had ended. I called the Exec Club and asked whether they could be of assistance. After a lengthy hold, I was told that it's solely Barclay's responsibility. I plan to write a letter to Barclaycard and see what they suggest. Is anyone else is owed a companion ticket? Perhaps working in concert would be the best course of action.
