Talking to work colleagues, they are all generally content with CW. In fact most feel fortunate they are able to travel in business class to begin with. One common bug bear I am hearing is an inability to secure a seat on the flight of their choice, particularly on HKG, SFO, and to a lesser extent JFK and ORD. I presume JFK availability has improved since BA introduced 86J 747s. I found these comments interesting considering CW's high seat count and the potential impact on capacity if BA were to match say CX's low density seating and how that could lead to a greater number of complaints on busy routes.
