I wouldn't rely on anything much at all, beyond a cup of coffee!

I'm pretty sure there is a lift at the DAA lounge, with the stairs next door (which, sans stroller, would most likely be quicker) - in fact, I distinctly remember you emerging from it en-route to LCY and the Babybus in July! .
