Currently the lounge rule with Aer Lingus is that BA Silver and above (not other oneworld cards) get access to Aer Lingus lounges to and from London only. So Stobart is out. And no guesting, however a child with a single cardholder would be OK almost certainly. More details in the lounge database for Europe.
