Per *A rules F pax on SQ can visit F lounge in SIN (operated by SQ) and HND (operated by NH) plus one guest. Guest must be flying *A same day departing from SIN/HND respectively, but need not be on the same flight.

In addition at SIN, SQ F pax have access to The Private Room. But no guest.
