Email Trip Summary does not function?

I tried to get QR site to email me a trip summary using the email trip summary function on the right hand side bar.

However despite the site told me Email Sent Successfully green button, the email never arrives. I have tried multiple addresses from gmail to yahoo to my service provider - none receives it.

Is this function actually broken, or it would not send to any email address based in the US?
