I tend to find that 2D was the worst for some reason. I have given up the 2D habit partially because of it.

The worst one was having someone's coat in my eye and causing injury. No apologies or anything even though I yelped because it was really painful (it wasn't right for about a week). I wasn't remotely leaning into the aisle - as part of my self-defence against being hit, I lean away from the aisle and I still got hit too often. I've been bashed in the face with bags and coats multiple times too but without quite as much consequence, although I have had minor scratches and bruises from them.

It is not a pleasant experience - I think people should take care not to do this to others but then, I got used to the idea of people not caring about others and moved to 1A/F (or in LGW case, 2F is my preference for the G-GATx) partially for my own protection.
