I don't, hence my "Looks like..." statement.

In such cases where Y is flat out 0, it often means oversell especially if there are J slots open.

For example, 149 today was Y0J0 for the longest time, then recently AC opened up J/R to allow for upgrades.

Anyway, this is just based on my experience, so anyone can take it or leave it.
