My apologies. I meant the certificate was issued 2015, and expires 2016. Let me rephrase:

I have an e-voucher that I was issued on Jan 7, 2015. It says "valid for travel within one year of issuance"

Does this mean:

1) Travel must start on or before Jan 7, 2016?
2) Travel must be complete by Jan 7. 2016?
3) Travel must be booked by Jan 7, 2016 (this is a hail mary based on the wording, but it's my only chance to use it)
