I went by icebreaker. Few can say that. I had the unique experience of spending my nights on the ship and days on land. We circumnavigated the entire island. Not for the timid or those who get seasick easily!
It had the advantage of giving us a 'mother' ship for most of our meals and a place to sleep. My husband will not forgive me for the 2 days by sea each way from Scotland. Abercrombie and Kent, the owners of the icebreaker the M.V. Explorer are taking that wonderful tiny ship out of service this summer, but are putting in a newer ship that has nicer accommodations.
Let me try the link. Non-techie that I am.
