Allow lots of time. ICN lines can be bad.

You might want to spend the night before your flight at the Grand Hyatt at ICN. It runs a shuttle to the airport about every fifteen minutes. It's perhaps a five minute ride. Everything else is much farther, including many places called airport hotels.
