Note that DXB = Dubai (MidEast) while DUB = Dublin (Ireland). Aer Lingus serves DUB and is reportedly good for award travel, but I don't think it does to Dubai.

I was suggesting the possibility of using a good award travel booking service because I thought you were asking about a RTW trip. For just Europe and back, you can do it yourself with a bit of help from people here, especially if you know where you want to go. I'd avoid UA flights. LX or OS seem to have good reputations as does TK, but you might not want to spend the time going all the way to IST for connections--or maybe you do, to maximize time in business class with good F&B. I'm not fond of LH or FRA (unless you can access the FCT), but MUC seems very good for connections.
