I've found that you can usually get an LH-coded flight LHR-FRA-YYZ for under GBP300 in Lufthansa "W" (equivalent to Air Canada "L") with the transoceanic segment on AC metal.

This is upgradeable using the SSWU this year, although only on day-of-flight at the gate.
