So my flight tonight has 21 j seats open, not assigned seats. Y is full and pey has 5-6 seats open. Cathay website is not selling J seat online, nine available.

Does this mean they are opting up folks to fill cabin later? Or are there J passengers not assigned seats yet? Id imagine they wouldve olci already. Im curious as to why are they not selling seats if they are available?
