I did get the miles but more importantly I reached 5 hours early , had a good night sleep , saved at least 300CNY on taxi fare , had a hearty dinner . Plus good company and IFE had good english options too.
i consider combining all the above a very good deal. Reaching hotel 11 pm is way better den reaching at 3 am in an unknown country that too.
