Yes I liked Phnom Penh too on my one visit, definitely not dull. Unlike KL , which as I keep saying is DULL , not awful, just DULL in the same way many places are from middle America to English surburbia. Anyway I'm done here, some folk are just not tolerant of views different to their own. I really am not critising your fondness for KL anymore than I criticise fans of the game of cricket or train spotters.....
