It may or may not show a random seat within hours on my booking by them online. But at this stage HK to australia already has a seat provided for me automatically but its on seat 28window.
You need to SPEAK TO YOUR TRAVEL AGENT and get the Qantas booking reference so you can select a seat directly.
Please don't post any more about this. We cannot help you any further, you have been given the same advice multiple times.
The travel agent controls the reservation until you fly.
