Just a quick note on LHR/MEL/Europe FF's answer:

Yes there are two arrivals lounge. Not exactly co-located opposite each other.

You will have access to both. Similar to BA T5 Arrivals even if you do not have specific invite you will be allowed in on the basis of your ORD-HKG J boarding pass (so at least keep that).

Both are actually run by the same company - Plaza Premium.

But the CX one will get meal sets like breakfast or Bento Sets. Since June 2015 the Plaza Premium one does not (buffet only).
