Plaza Premium Arrival Lounge is the only lounge I can go to with my ticket in HKG after arrival? Is this lounge in the same terminal I arrive and very short walk after arrival? Stays open late and have good food option?
I have previously read " The Wing" lounge but that is only at the departure from HKG?

There are
two arrival lounges at Hong Kong. One is a Plaza Premium lounge - this is a paid access lounge, open to anyone.
The other is a Cathay Pacific dedicacted lounge - called 'The Arrival' - open to First and business class (and top tier elites) after arriving on Cathay Pacific.
You have access to the Cathay Pacific version, and will be issued a lounge invitation to use it when you check in at ORD.
On landing, exit the aircraft and complete immigration and baggage reclaim. Head out into the arrivals hall of the terminal, and the Arrival Lounge is just a short walk. It is co-located with the Plaza Premium lounge, under the Hong Kong Airport Express railway station.
The Cathay arrival lounge is open until midnight IIRC, so you can grab a bite to eat, then head just a few steps upstairs to catch the train into town.
