Indeed. Maybe there's debate that AA is better or worse than Spirit if you squint hard enough and try to explain some of the results away, but it's obvious that AA's operational performance is significantly worse than the other large network carriers. The fact that Spirit is in the discussion at all ought to be embarrassing enough, without having to debate over which airline is actually performing worse.
